The website is offered generally as a free service with small fees for prompting of advertisements as well as other forms of advertising. Although we offer a reliable service, we cannot guarantee or foresee issues that may arise with the website of any technical nature and cannot guarantee the website will be online. It is your responsibility to maintain a copy of images and advertisement information as although backups are kept, there is no guarantee that your information will be backed up.

Placing an Ad
If you want to place an Ad on the Sell Items Website, you must follow the certain rules:
It is your responsibilty to make sure that the proper information or details about your ads are correct. False advertisement may result to be cancelled from this Site. Not to post anything threatening, abusive, offensive or that contains indecent material. Be false or misleading Copy, change or distribute any other person’s content without their permission. You must be at least 18 years of age before posting or buying on Sell Items. Duplicate another ad that is posted by you. Duplicate others’ images for use in your advertising. Use inappropriate Llanguage Use inappropriate ads or images that represent or contain nudity. To not sell or offer services for medicines of any type. To not sell body parts or bodily fluids. To not include ads that report other fake ads.
Sell Items reserves the right way to remove your ad/posting that does not apply with the following guidelines. If this happens to your ad, you will be contacted via email to let you know that your ad has been removed from Sell Items.

We accept ads that are in good faith on the basis of warranties provided by each advertiser. We do not warrant the products or services advertised on this Site. You must investigate for yourself of the sustainability, quality and condition of any goods or services advertised on the Sell Items Site.
